Your card and reply

We store the names, words, plans, photo, and reply you submit so the invitation works across devices. The sender can see when the card is opened and the latest reply. Anyone with the invitation link can open it when site access permits, so avoid sensitive information.

Your private status page

A cookie in the browser that created the invitation gives access to its status and deletion controls. Keep that browser data to retain access. The status link alone does not grant access. Invitations expire after one year. Deleting a card removes its content and reply from the active service; payment records, abuse reports, and infrastructure backups may remain.

Photos and other services

Your browser resizes uploaded photos and removes embedded metadata. Photos attached to shared cards are accessible to anyone with their image link while the card is available. Place searches go to Photon and embedded maps load from OpenStreetMap. Navigation and calendar providers open when you choose them. Stripe handles checkout; we do not receive your card number.

Optional email and analytics

If you provide an address, Resend sends a confirmation request. Reply notifications start after you confirm that address. We record general interaction events and campaign tags with a random session identifier to understand which pages and videos lead to invitations. Reports cover the last 30 days. If separately configured, PostHog also receives general interaction events. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track preference for client analytics. Card text, photos, email addresses, and invitation IDs are not included in analytics events. Hosting providers may keep operational logs.

To flag unwanted content, report the invitation. Use your status page to remove a card you created.
